Role: Accounts Assistant

What you will be doing...
You’ll be part of our busy finance team, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From processing invoices and managing payments to dealing with supplier queries, your work will support our award‑winning travel consultants and the wider business every day.
Typical tasks include:
- Processing invoices, payments and reconciliations
- Managing supplier statements and credit cards
- Assisting with lodgements and record keeping
- Supporting payment runs and airline reconciliations
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve any queries efficiently
What we're looking for
- Someone with experience in accounts and has a basic understanding of accounting principles
- Experience with accounting software - Sage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- A proactive attitude with problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Confidence with technology and willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (9am – 5:30pm)
