Oasis Travel’s Two Belfast branches have been singled out for customer care honours in the prestigious Belfast Business Awards 2016.
The downtown branches at Howard Street and Lisburn Road won the ‘Customer Service Excellence, Multiple Retailer’ in the Belfast Business Awards, organised by Belfast Chamber of Trade and Commerce with the support of principal sponsor, Bank of Ireland.
Pitched against tough competition from the cream of the city’s multiple retailers, the two branches were visited by ‘mystery shoppers’ who assessed their performance and service. They earned their accolade by demonstrating to the undercover judges that they consistently deliver ‘excellent customer service standards by enhancing the shopping experience.’
Oasis Travel boss, Managing Director Sandra Corkin is understandably thrilled at this latest win for her Belfast team.
