Role: Travel Experience Concierge


Location: Ballyhackamore, East Belfast


As a Travel Experience Concierge at Oasis Travel, you’ll ensure our client’s journeys go beyond their expectations. By supporting our sales team, preparing clients for travel, and delivering exceptional service, you’ll play a pivotal role in building lasting relationships and bringing our mission - “Creating the Perfect Travel Experience” - to life.

What you will be doing...

  • Serve as a key point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring information provided is accurate, helpful, and delivered with professionalism.

  • Support travel consultants by preparing clients for travel and completing administrative tasks to ensure smooth holiday arrangements.

  • Assist with post-sale enquiries, providing timely responses, practical solutions, and excellent service when unexpected issues arise.

  • Actively contribute ideas to improve internal processes, enhance client experiences, and support the company’s growth strategy.

  • Build lasting client connections by giving personalised attention and following up to ensure satisfaction after travel.

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences.


  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively.


  • A proactive attitude with problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.


  • Confidence with technology and willingness to learn new systems.


  • Previous experience in the travel industry is essential.


  • While the office location is Ballyhackamore, the Travel Experience Concierge must be prepared to travel to other Oasis Travel stores if required.
