We’re looking for a Portfolio Executive to join our luxury division, bringing destination knowledge, imagination and personal care to every journey. If you love building relationships and turning a client’s ideas into a holiday that feels entirely their own, we’d love to hear from you.
At The Oasis Portfolio of Luxury Travel, we create bespoke journeys shaped around our clients’ interests, preferences and pace. From island escapes and exceptional hotels to immersive adventures and luxury cruises, every recommendation has a purpose, and every detail matters.
You’ll join an experienced team within a business that has helped travellers explore the world for over four decades, contributing your own knowledge and ideas to a shared ambition: creating journeys our clients remember, and service they return for.
The Role
You’ll guide clients from their first conversation through to their return home. By understanding what excites them, how they like to travel and what they want from their time away, you’ll create itineraries that feel personal from the outset.
You will:
Build lasting client relationships through careful listening, informed advice and consistent follow-up.
Research, design and sell bespoke holidays, combining creativity with practical planning.
Bring recommendations to life through engaging conversations and well-presented proposals.
Work closely with preferred luxury travel partners to coordinate arrangements and manage bookings.
Take ownership of enquiries and changes, finding solutions and keeping clients informed.
Meet sales goals while encouraging repeat bookings and personal recommendations.
Keep your destination and product knowledge current, sharing discoveries and ideas with colleagues.

About you
You’ll bring:
Previous travel sales experience, ideally in luxury or tailor-made holidays.
Strong destination knowledge and a desire to keep learning.
The confidence to build rapport and communicate clearly by phone, email and in person.
Commercial awareness and the motivation to turn enquiries into bookings.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail, including when managing competing priorities.
Initiative, sound judgement and a calm approach when plans change.
An open mind, a willingness to contribute ideas and a supportive approach to teamwork.
