What you will be doing...
Inspire and Advise: Respond to travel enquiries, connect with prospective travellers by email and phone, and design inspirational itineraries tailored to each client.
Build Relationships: Develop trust and rapport with clients, ensuring their travel plans are handled with care, professionalism, and a personal touch.
Collaborate: Work closely with suppliers and tour operators to expand your knowledge and create outstanding travel experiences.
Achieve Results: Deliver exceptional service while driving sales conversions and meeting company targets.

Experience Required?
Strong sales skills, with the confidence to engage clients via video, phone, and in person.
Excellent communication-articulate, personable, and able to convey expertise.
Proven customer service experience.
Ideally, at least 3 years of sales experience in a retail travel setting (preferred but not essential).
A genuine passion for travel and strong worldwide geographical knowledge.
